These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of alifereimagined.com (the “Site”), and any services, programs, products, templates, memberships, or other offerings provided by us (collectively referred to as the “Services”).

By using the Site or purchasing our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our Services.

1. Use of Site and Services

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Site or participate in our Services.You agree to use the Site and Services for lawful purposes only. You agree not to hack, attempt unauthorized access, or use the Site in a way that could damage or interfere with its operation.

All content provided on the Site and through our Services is owned by A Life Reimagined, LLC and is protected by copyright laws. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

2. Coaching Services and Masterclasses

Coaching services, including group programs, one-on-one sessions, packages, and masterclasses (live or recorded), are designed for educational and personal development purposes only. Coaching is not a substitute for therapy, legal counsel, or financial advice.

Refund and Cancellation Policy for Coaching and Masterclasses:

You may cancel within three (3) business days of purchase for a full refund.
If you cancel after three (3) business days but at least 24 hours before the first session or event, you will receive a refund minus a $100 non-refundable registration fee.
No refunds will be granted if cancellation occurs less than 24 hours before the first scheduled session or masterclass. At that time all payments will be considered non-refundable.
Unused coaching sessions and classes are non-transferable and will remain valid unless the coaching services or classes are discontinued.

By purchasing coaching services or masterclasses, you acknowledge and agree to this refund and cancellation policy

3. Books, Templates, and Digital Products

All sales of physical and digital products — including but not limited to books, guides, templates, downloadable materials, and any other resources — are final and non-refundable.

Due to the nature of these products, no refunds will be issued after purchase.

4. Community Access and Membership

We offer both free and paid membership options through our Community platform.

Free Community:
Access to free community groups is at our discretion and may be revoked for any reason, including violation of community guidelines or these Terms.
Monthly Paid Membership:
If you join a paid monthly membership, your subscription will renew automatically unless you cancel before your next billing cycle.

No partial refunds are provided for cancellations partway through a billing period.

We reserve the right to change membership pricing with 30 days’ notice.

5. Affiliate Links

Some pages or content may include affiliate links. This means we may earn a small commission if you choose to purchase through our links, at no additional cost to you. We only promote products or services we genuinely recommend and believe in.

6. Disclaimers

The information provided on the Site and through our Services is for educational and informational purposes only. It is not intended as legal, financial, mental health, or other professional advice.

Use of the Site and Services is at your own risk. We make no guarantees regarding your results based on participation in our programs, services, or use of our materials.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Illinois, USA.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated Terms on the Site with a new effective date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Your continued use of the Site and Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
